What we do

  • All our products are peanut and tree nut free. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our kitchen.
  • Made in a peanut, tree nut, fish, and shellfish free facility.
  • We choose ingredients whose labels do not list peanuts or tree nuts, and each product page lists the ingredients and the allergens it contains where we have published them.
  • Our kitchen operates under a Retail Residential Kitchen Permit from the Westwood Board of Health and a Massachusetts Department of Public Health Food Processing and/or Distribution at Wholesale License, and we hold ServSafe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training.

What we cannot guarantee

  • Other allergens. Our products can contain other allergens such as wheat, milk, eggs, gluten and soy (each product page lists them), and may contain other allergens due to shared production areas.
  • Supplier cross-contact. We buy ingredients from other companies. Their facilities, equipment or transport may also handle peanuts, tree nuts or other allergens, and they may change their recipes or labels. We rely on the information they provide and cannot control or verify every step before an ingredient reaches us.
  • After pickup. Once you collect your order, how it is stored, served and shared is outside our control.
  • For these reasons we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of peanuts, tree nuts or any other allergen, including trace amounts.

  • Read the ingredients and allergen statement on each product page, and ask us for anything that is not listed: info@nutfreebaker.com.
  • Tell us about every allergy in your order notes.
  • If you or someone you are buying for has a severe or life-threatening allergy, decide together with your doctor or allergist whether our products are suitable, and follow your own allergy action plan.
