Using this website

nutfreebaker.com is run by Nut Free Baker, a home bakery in Westwood, Massachusetts. You may use it to browse our bakes and send us order requests. The photos, text and recipes on it belong to Nut Free Baker; please ask before reusing them.

Paying online

When you check out with Stripe, you pay the prices shown at checkout, in US dollars, plus any tax shown there. Every order is made to order: please allow 48 hours' notice. You choose a pickup date at checkout and may suggest a pickup time; otherwise your order is ready by 5 pm on that date. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email after payment; if we cannot meet a suggested time we will email you. If we cannot make an order you have paid for, we will contact you and refund it in full.

Order requests (custom and event orders sent by email)

Sending an order request by email from this website does not place or pay for an order. An order is confirmed only when we reply by email confirming the bakes, price, date, pickup and payment. Prices shown are in US dollars and may change; the price in our confirmation is the one that applies.

Allergens

All our products are peanut and tree nut free. Made in a peanut, tree nut, fish, and shellfish free facility. May contain other allergens due to shared production areas. Each product page lists the ingredients and allergen statement we have published for it; if you have any other allergy, tell us in your order notes and ask us for the full ingredient list before you order. Our Allergen Information and Disclaimer forms part of these terms; please read it before ordering.

Our kitchen

Nut Free Baker operational under Retail Residential Kitchen Permit - Board of Health, Town of Westwood, MA-02090. Food Processing and/or Distribution at Wholesale License, issued by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health, Bureau of Climate and Environmental Health, Division of Food Protection under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 94 Section 305C.
