Nut Free Baker ("we", "us") is a home bakery in Westwood, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we handle when you use nutfreebaker.com or contact us.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you send an order request, your mail app sends us an email with the details you entered (such as your name, email address, phone number, order, preferred date and notes). This website does not store them.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Stripe receives your payment details, billing address, email, phone number and the pickup date and notes you enter there; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to what you give Stripe.
• Your order in progress. The bakes you add to your order are kept in your own browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you check out or choose to email the order.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to answer you, confirm and prepare your order, and arrange pickup and payment. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order emails stay in our business mailbox for as long as we need them for the order and our records. Ask us and we will delete them.

Children

This website is meant for parents and adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices and contact

To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, email info@nutfreebaker.com. You can clear your saved order at any time by removing the bakes from your order or clearing your browser's site data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
